On this night my condominium was forcibly entered and robbed, but due to the quick response of Wayne Alarm, together with a quick response from the Boston Police … the thief was apprehended before he could even leave the building.

It gives me a high measure of comfort knowing that my property is in good hands, whether I am away for a couple of hours or, as was the case this weekend, away for several days.

I am in receipt of your final report on the fire alarm system at our High School. After reading the document, it is apparent that the report was an exact match to the work proposal submitted by Wayne Alarm during the bidding process. There were no surprises. From my experience it is refreshing working with a company that completely a highly professional major repair project without the often-heard comments that ‘additional costs were required for unforeseen circumstance’. These comments (many times uttered by other contractors) are the precursor to a change order request. Once again, thank you for delivering the repairs and the upgrades that were right on the money.

Additionally, the two Wayne Alarm Technicians performing the work at the High School were very diligent and represented your company in the highest professional manner. The lead technician took the required proactive steps to ensure that the work performed throughout the school did not impact the academic day. During his time on the site, he focused on solving the problems and working in a cooperative manner with my operations staff.

After my initial conversation with you, one of your Security Consultants contacted me and made an appointment to visit my home and recommend a system. She was a pleasure to work with, always displaying the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. Working together we designed a system that not only met my needs, but also my budget.

The installation process was quick and painless. The technicians were meticulous in their work always taking the time the clean up their work areas before leaving for the day. Not knowing what to expect both of them exceeded any of my expectations for courtesy, customer respect and most importantly to me … craftsmanship. They worked quietly and efficiently without cutting any corners, while being most polite to my family.

The alarm system has proven to be user friendly and troubled free. Your operators responded to a holdup alarm at our business Thursday evening. The operators ‘Quick and professional” response helped the police apprehend the two suspects within 30 minutes of the holdup.

If your operators ever ask you if their jobs are important? Let them know that this event clearly illustrated how effective a monitored security system really is. As store owners we know it for a fact that people that will holdup a store will continue to do so until they are caught. Thanks to your operators these two will not be holding up any stores in the near future.

Municipal Law Enforcement

I would like to take the opportunity to thank your company and three of your employee in particular for doing such a great job. Our department determined there was a need for four additional outside cameras, two new monitors, a new multiplexed and an alarm on a rear door to our facility. After sending out requests for estimates, Wayne Alarm provided an estimate that was clause to $2,000 less than any of the other companies we approached. Working for a municipality our budget is always an issue and the reasonable cost allowed the project to receive funding and move rapidly forward.

Your Security Consultant, Bill … made a site visit and his knowledge and more so how he listened to our needs and recommended the appropriate equipment impressed me. He also made periodic visits once the project was underway making sure everything was progressing appropriately. Despite our being unable to pay for the project until the start of the new fiscal year, your staff was able to come out 2 weeks prior and complete the project as we were in desperate need of the equipment.

Your installers were tremendous! They were punctual and pleasant to work with. They were neat and respectful of your employees and mindful of the level of noise they would be making near offices and most importantly our dispatch center. You are indeed lucky to have them on your staff.

In closing, we thank you again for a great job. We could not have asked for better service. This equipment should help keep our Police Department safe and secure for many years to come
