The Wayne Alarm Systems Pro Assist Program is different then “Do It Yourself” products on the market, it is the exact opposite actually. This is the “DIT” or “Do It Together Pro Assist Program”. Wayne Alarm Systems professionals will be with you every step of the way, ensuring that you are receiving and installing a custom security solution that fits your specific needs. From the initial virtual walk-through, to the live video installation, and the post Covid-19 system installation inspection, Wayne Alarm Systems is here for you.

How It Works

  1. Schedule a virtual sales consultation by calling our office at (781) 595-0000 or by filling out this form.
  2. Our Sales Consultant will FaceTime / Video chat with you and proceed to walk-thru your home with you, making note of your specific security needs.
  3. Once your system is established, we will pre-program your system here at our Wayne Alarm Systems office in Lynn and carefully pack your system up.
  4. Within 48 hours, we will then have a Wayne Alarm Systems technician drive to your home, and leave your pre-programmed system by your front door.
  5. A Wayne Alarm Systems technician will then FaceTime / Video Chat with you and review all the equipment and installation process. The technician will be there every step of the way.
  6. Post-Covid-19, when social distancing has lifted, we will send a technician to your home to ensure your installation is perfect and to test the system.
