We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to help maintain the smooth operation of our busy practice. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining billing records, while also communicating and working closely with the medical and administrative staff. A successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and an excellent command of Microsoft Office and Google Docs, as well as being familiar with a variety of billing software programs.


  • Process client invoices and monitor payment status.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Keep clients informed of billing status.
  • Answer client questions about invoicing and services.
  • Handle billing inquiries.
  • Maintain customer relationship management database.
  • Order supplies for office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
