Summary:
Ensure that installation projects both from the inside sales and outside sales representatives are prepared correctly and scheduled efficiently. The Installation Coordinator is critical to ensure that our installations and upgrades are prepared for and professionally scheduled. This position is also responsible for providing effective customer solutions for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of the products as well as communicating effectively with team members within the department

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting deposits for new projects
  • Ensuring permitting is finalized prior to technician site visits
  • Scheduling projects appropriately from a technician skill set
  • Scheduling leadership kick off meetings for any projects that exceed $5,000
  • Weekly job meetings with sales representatives and leadership
  • Keep on track of job site statuses and schedules via sales representatives, technicians, contractor/project manager communications
  • Audit jobs daily to ensure project statuses are updated after each technician man day.
  • Handle incoming customer/project communications through phone calls and emails
  • Multitasking multiple projects at once
  • Assisting in general phone answering and directing calls as needed when phones are busy
  • Navigate through our internal software Sedona
  • Demonstrate knowledge of product and services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years proven success working on high performance teams in fast-paced, results-oriented service environment
  • Ability to resolve challenging situations calmly and professionally
  • Working knowledge of computers and contact management/customer service tracking software
  • Passionate about creating excellent customer experiences and building both internal and external relations
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and professionalism
  • Dispatching and scheduling installation routes
  • Answer questions from customers or individuals on how our product operates or direct them to the person able to assist them
  • Well organized, results driven, and able to work in a high volume and fast-paced office environment

  • No heavy lifting required

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

  • Full Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00am-4:00pm / 40 hours weekly

Travel

  • No travel is expected for this position

Required Education and Experience

  • 3 years previous experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
