The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer solutions for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of the products as well as communicating effectively with team members within the department


  • Handle incoming customer communications through phone calls and e-mail
  • Perform basic troubleshooting
  • Audit customer information for errors and discrepancies
  • Demonstrate knowledge of product and services
  • Suggestively sell upgraded services as appropriate for customer needs
  • Meet personal and team targets


  • Dispatching and scheduling service routes
  • Ability to multi-task as needed
  • Answer questions from customers or individuals on how our product operates or direct them to the person able to assist them
  • Possesses excellent verbal, customer service and communication skills
  • Well organized, results driven, and able to work in a high volume and fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to resolve challenging situations calmly and professionally

Physical Demands:

  • No heavy lifting required

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

  • Full Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 40 hours weekly


  • No travel is expected for this position

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years previous experience in customer service
