HR Generalist/Administrative Assistant

Duties:

Enter payroll

Help new hires with paperwork and enter them into the system

Update all benefits programs for employee changes

401k Plan administrator

Deal with all HR issues that come up and escalate to management if necessary

Review all HR files and make sure we are in compliance with the laws

Keep current on all changes in HR laws

Administrative assistant to the General Manager

Answer company phones

Skills/Qualities needed:

Must have HR 2-3 years’ experience with HR/Payroll

Must know excel

Ability to keep all of the HR/Payroll paperwork organized and filed properly

Ability to get back on task quickly during many interruptions
