Utilize Wayne Alarm Systems established infrastructure by taking advantage of our Software as Service (SaaS) offering. SaaS is Wayne Alarm’s My Signage hosted in the Cloud, giving you remote access to your content and network.

While you focus on your core business Wayne Alarm Systems will attend to:

Hosting:

Your data will be stored on a dedicated server in Wayne Alarm System’s secure network. You own your data and your system, and we will never co-locate data from other customers. Data backup systems are in place for any data recovery. Hosting, storage, and bandwidth costs are included in the SaaS contract. Easily move your data onto your own server when the time is right.

Software Maintenance & Updates:

Wayne Alarm Systems service team will constantly monitor and repair any network issues. Software updates and improvements based on client requests and market requirements can easily be remotely implemented.

Monitoring:

Remote player monitoring can be easily setup through Wayne Alarm Systems My Signage portal. If there are any changes with the health of the players you will be notified.

Training
Training & Support is provided with all of Wayne Alarm Systems offerings: Wayne Alarm’s My Signage Center, and Software as a Service (SaaS). We will get your team trained and provide support for any troubleshooting issues that may arise.

Account Management
Your team will work with an individual Account Manager who will help you best leverage Wayne Alarm’s flexible tools to meet your unique content strategy, workflow, and business requirements.

Technical Support
All Brand On Vizion products are supported by our technical support team, which is available 24/7 to solve urgent issues that may arise with your network.
