During this very difficult time we are experiencing we want to stress that Wayne Alarm Systems is doing everything in our power to continue to provide the same level of service excellence that you have grown accustomed to over our 50 plus years in business. While adhering to all local, state and federal guidelines concerning the COVID-19 pandemic we want you to be confident that we are fully operational and continuing to put the health and safety of our customers and staff above all.
With this time of challenging events , there has been an uptick in unrest and we want you to know we will be there when you need us. Use your security system every opportunity you can – it can’t protect you if it’s not used. Arming your system in the “home” or “Stay” mode provides you with perimeter security while allowing you have free roam throughout your home without activating any interior motion detectors.
Understanding that many of our commercial customers have either modified their hours or closed temporarily we want you to be confident that your business is protected. If you wish to notify our central station of a change to your hours you can contact us through our website portal or simply calling in to our office.
